Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom/made-to-order items may take longer (mentioned on product page).
- Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping (Optional): 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)
- Delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods or remote areas.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. A flat rate of ₹200 applies to smaller orders.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via Email or SMS once dispatched.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility: Returns accepted only if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging & condition.
- Unboxing video is mandatory.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing. Beyond that, cancellations may not be possible if already processed/shipped.
